reason 5 troubles....

whats good fellaz. first time on here but i'll get straight to the point.....im workin with reason 5 and the mpk 49 and everythings sweet except this....for some reason the sequencer won't record any midi notes from the nn-xt device. i gotta bunch of nice soundfonts that i can only play with the nn-xt but the nn-xt won't record. anybody gotta clue as to what to do. thankz in advance.
