I think Jay will eat up G-Unit at the cash register for first week sales.
Fruity or Triton?? If the beat is hot, who cares??

    Thumbs up

Even though I'm not a fan of either I hope Jay's CD gets more only cuz G-Unit is sh!t and they had the nerve to move their release on the same day (on some typical who is better through sales sh!t). At least Jay had a reason (bootlegs).

    on a last note ...... Fu#k GGGGGG...GAY-UNIT
.......and yeah, that 9th Wonder / Jay-Z Joint is on FIIIIIIIIIIRE!!!!! Scorching !!!!!!!!!!

g-unit will sell more, due to 50 cents appeal with the ladies and the pop culture right now

but i havent even heard g-unit, and i know the black album is better, damn that album really gets my blood pumping, especially ENCORE!! i think that might be one of my fav. jay-z songs ever. the sample, the beat, and he straight ripped it, he painted the picture of where he is in the game right now and him leaving on that song. its close to perfection

I think what Judge-E means is that if we don't like what we are hearing in Hip Hop, then it's our fault, cuz we keep buying the ****.

When 2Pac died years ago and Ja Rule came out a little later looking JUST like him and trying to sound JUST like him, nobody said sh*t. It took 3 years before people started sayin' "hey that dude is ripping Pac off". - yeah no sh*t!

When Fake Gangster & Female singer duets started coming out, did anybody say "get this stuff outta here!" - no, those albums sold plenty.

When goofy ass, corny rap songs about bling blinging were selling, the public was buying.

Is there anyone of us who didn't see 50 Cent as a promotional product we were supposed to "love like Pac" from the beginning?

just my opinion. I've learned from this forum that good music is still out there, it just still doesn't get radio or MTV play. And that's probably the way it should stay. F*ck money, f*ck status, just give me some real heart-felt rhymes over an ill beat and I'm good. I wanna hear about rough times that I can relate to, not some millionaire's story about how his sh*t doesn't stink.

p.s. I like some of the songs off of both albums. I like Jay-Z better, but his beat selection needs help on this last album. I like some of G-Unit's stuff too though, but I'm not buying that album. I already heard most of it back in '96.
    I wrote this song a long TIME ago...(back in '93 or '94)
