plus theres a certain level the artist has to already be out, it takes a lot of time and dedication, and i dont half ass anything. If i started working with an artist now, i'd be half assing it, im worried about myself right now.
unless me and the artist were in a group, and i abandoned all my other responsibilities as a producer to focus on that., and i dont see that happening anytime soon. So why not play middle man, and handle something that labels have been failing at.
