Beat Placements, Where Do You Get....

Where do you get your information on upcoming projects? Are you using a manager? A beat placement site? Would you rather get the info and try to place beats on your own? Back to the question, where do you get your upcoming project info from?

You just asked 4 questions then referred back to one of them...

First you should maybe post a link to your stuff...

Then, if you're actually skill-worthy of getting placements, get a manager that knows what he or she is doing.
    Yeah, **** you too...

Email your beats to istealallyourmusic@gmail.com and I'll help you get some placements.

#music101 Talent is an other word for potential. Potential is a nice way of saying something isn't working. Results matter!

    1.
that kind of information is EVERYWHERE
sometimes youll pick up a magazine and theyll mention an artist being in the studio working on their upcoming project
or working with a certain producer
    youll see it in interviews
    on artist's myspace pages
when they have a song out on the radio 9 times out of ten the album is still open
just pay attention to the entertainment industry and keep an ear out, youll hear when people are working/have open projects
theres also the 'whos looking list' which explains what certain a&rs are looking for to finish up projects for each artist

    2. in a way....kinda sorta..

    3. no.

    4. if possible, yes lol means more money in your own pocket, also means the deal could be less beneficial to you without using some one (manager/entertainment lawyer, etc) with a good relation with the label/artist or an industry heavy hitter

in short, if dr. dre is shopping your beats he will take a percentage but youll wind up with a better deal because hes already paid his dues/earned respect
