    I try to hit the gym up atlest 3 times a week but i fell off during the holidays, so im coming back 10 times harder and revamping my whole workout also imma try to go atleast 4 times a week. i installed alot of dumbell and body workouts because my trouble area is my core. other than that, im in pretty good shape. and i been balancing keeping in shape with producing, work and school. on top of that i been trying to eat right latley cuz during the holidays i was eating anything. anyone else into fitness and how do u balance it with ur music?

    My Days usually look sumthin like this:

    - 1 hour of intense running on the elliptical every morning
    - Breakfast
    - College
    - Lunch
    - Music Ish in the afternoon
    - 1 hour of weightlifting ( i rotate every other day workin on my core, biceps, quads, etc).
    - Do homework /chill/more music ish
    - Go do some boxing/kickboxing at local gym for an hour (on mondays, wednesdays, saturdays).
    - Dinner
    - Sleep

    It really gets monotonous at times and I usually slack off during the holidays but in the end I always find a way to stick to it.

    I do work out, I usually work out in my crib. I have my own way of doing it, I use resistance bands, I've found a way to do pull ups, all kinda of different push-ups, crunches with weights etc. you can get really creative with it and that's what I love about doing it this way. I do super sets and normally don't work out more than a hour, mostly I'm around 45 minutes.

    When the weather is good I also do interval training. My goal for now is not to get big but to have lean muscle and a low body fat. I watch my diet very carefully.

    All in all this is the most effective and time efficient way for me, without wasting too much time, I hate wasting time.

    I just lift dumbells errynow and then, bout every other day.. I play sum basketball too so that keeps me in alittle bit better shape LOL. I got this ab wheel thang but that shyt kills me LOL I ain't even gon lie. I keep thinkin bout gettin a gym membership but never actually get around to it.. might do it tho for this 2010..

    I have a LA Fitness membership because the gym is 5 minutes from my house and it's big as hell. They have a live DJ in there sometimes.

    After I started going, I just kept going. It's only $30 a month so its not breaking me.

    i lift weights every other day
    treadmill,crunches,and jump rope everyday
    i fell off my program for 2 and a half months after getting sick but im back at it but it ****ed me up i lost 15 pounds and strength so its a lil discourging
    its all done at home i dont go to the gym cuz i got everything i personally need

    i dont find it to interfere with anything in my life cuz it only takes around a hour a day give or take

    although i have a treadmill and do use it i found runin laps in the front yard works better for me so im fazing out the treadmill(i have a big front yard btw)

    i went to my gym for a year, and saw dramatic improvement in my body...i basically did a full circuit of the gym 3 days a week, but in each session i would spend more time on a certain muscle group... i loved it, then we had a summer break so i had no access to the gym. my muscles went into atrophy, i met mary jane, and well ive never bin back since....that was 5 or 6 years ago

    ive bin thinking about getting back into it recently though. though i dnt wna go gym. i got a home setup so i wna deal with that 1st. plus i need to put on wait cus ive got real REAL skinny.

    anyone got any tips for weight gain??? im not looking for supplements and im not tryna gain muscle or anything. just need to add weight before i start hitting the weight

    working out and making music go hand and hand. i work out 4 to 5 times a week for 2 hours. all weight lifting and boxing. i make music @ home and load it in my ipod to listen to when im at the gym. i suggest taking in a lot of protein for muscle development. 1.5 grams for every pound u weigh.
    @ big mitch a great core movment is hanging knee raises or hanging leg lifts. followed by crunches. u have to do alot of cardio to get your abs showing. @permeentm you have to increase your calorie intake to gain the kind of weight your looking for.

    dude get some protein shake mix drink 30 minutes b4 and after you work out some are better then others but ultimatley youll have to find the one that works the best for you cuz nobodys body is the same

    i need to get into shape lol. Too lazy though....need some motivation, that'll probably help.
