My Days usually look sumthin like this:
- 1 hour of intense running on the elliptical every morning
- Breakfast
- College
- Lunch
- Music Ish in the afternoon
- 1 hour of weightlifting ( i rotate every other day workin on my core, biceps, quads, etc).
- Do homework /chill/more music ish
- Go do some boxing/kickboxing at local gym for an hour (on mondays, wednesdays, saturdays).
- Dinner
- Sleep
It really gets monotonous at times and I usually slack off during the holidays but in the end I always find a way to stick to it.
