Youtube is not willing to satisfy their greed and so they won't broadcast certain videos, until the GEMA agrees to the terms which anyone else agreed on.

It is therefor legal to circumvent this "wall" and use proxies to stream videos from Youtube.

I think there are bots blocking new videos. My video was blocked right after being uploaded. Even 10 seconds didnt passed away and it was already blocked. Even tho GEMA didnt had any rights to it.
But ye, the story goes just as You said. I can only add that Youtube blocks these videos, beacuse is afraid of being sued by GEMA.
But anyway im pissed off on GEMA and Youtube beacuse I have to watch new music videos on russian and chinesse sites where I dont understand nothing >.<
