How can i get my iTunes in alphabetical order like this?

anyone know how i can get them separated like this? also, does anyone know how i can just get the alphabet in the column browser, so if i want to jump to the "N" section, i just click N and end up there instead of having to scroll. i have so much music it takes forever to scroll.

Yeah, just go into Itunes and go to the View Menu and got view as Grid. Then you go into view and grid view and click as Artists.

i have it in grid mode but i don't have those letters
