Lets see who can name the heaviset band of today!

Rammstein is heavy, but has too much of a techno feel with the electronics. But that seems to be present in most German bands.
 
Also, I think I've been listening to too much punk rock lately. I felt obligated to say that Deftones, Disturbed, and Tool have good sounds too.

btw-these are some of my favorite bands of which are considered heavy

i don't know who the heaviest band is, but i'd be willing to bet they suck. there comes a point when heavy turns to ****. and about 15% of what you hear on "alternative" radio has crossed that line

Surely the FAT BOYS have to be the heaviest band around?

I'm actually glad that not every band looks the same though. I would get really annoyed if every band was skinny like those damn emo kids or ripped like Right Said Fred.
