So ofcourse I don't mean to offend lol but lets be honest there are alot of people other than me that are ask thing question as well.

I kinda understand the difference, and sometimes I can tell, but to be completely honest, sometimes I just have no idea. Can someone to please fully explain the elements of each with good examples of something that is and isn't please.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one wanting to have this question answered. :P

Progressive House is definitely one of the largest ranges of subgenre. The music tends to be progressive in nature, meaning it might start kind of slow and build up as the song moves forward. Usually a lot of sidechaining and use of automation clips on the main synth. Examples of this include:

    -Medina - You & I (Deadmau5 Remix)
    -Kaskade - 4AM (Adam K & Soha Remix)

However, there are also other styles of prog house, such as several Avicii songs that have that "bright" piano sound he is known for. Examples:

    Tim Berg - Bromance
Nadia Ali - Rapture (Avicii Remix)

Dubstep has the most distinct sound, as it sounds a lot slower, more like hip hop, but with heavy bass, electronic sound, etc. The BPM is typically around 140, but sounds like half that. This is because instead of four-on-the-floor and snare every other bass drum like House, it will have variable bass drum, and the snare will occur only once every bar, at the half way point (typically).

There has been a subgenre called brostep, which features harsher, dirtier sounds. Wobble bass is very common as well. Some brostep artists inlcude Skrillex and Feed Me. Other specific examples of the genre include:

-Ellie Goulding - Under the Sheets (Jakwob Remix)
-Flux Pavillion - Got 2 Know
-Benny Benassi - Cinema (Skrillex Remix)

Electro also has several variations of it. One of the newer styles has a lot of chopped up samples and synths in it, as well as heavy bass lines, and is pretty easily distinguished. Artists include Porter Robinson, Wolfgang Gartner, Lazy Rich, Zedd, etc. Examples:

    -Wolfgang Gartner - Illmerica
-Porter Robinson - Say My Name
-Skrillex - Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites (Zedd Remix)

While slightly different electro has examples like this:
Dada Life - Unleash the F*cking Dada
Robyn - Indestructible (Laidback Luke Remix)

A subgenre of electro is Dutch House, which is known for the high pitch synth that is in most of the songs. Artists for this include Afrojack, Chuckie, Sidney Samson. Examples:
    -Afrojack - Take Over Control
-3Oh!3 - My First Kiss (Chuckie Remix)
-Sidney Samson - Riverside (Electrixx Remix)

All of these genres are constantly evolving and changing though, so who knows what they will sound like in a year.
