ANGEL ALANIS
Angel Alanis (aka A-squared, Subsonic) is one of today’s most diverse and consistent producers of dance music to come out of Chicago. With an uninterrupted flow of releases since 1997, he has unleashed explosive tracks ranging from funky disco workouts to tribal house, through the depths of hard-house and minimal techno. Angel’s distinct production style has given him the opportunity to collaborate with and re-mix for artists such as Sinead O’Connor, Kool Moe Dee, Julia Fordman, DJ Dan, Robbie Rivera, and a re-mix for Joey Negro which occupied the #1 spot on the Billboard Top 20. Starting this year off with his dark yet uplifting electro track “Knob Job” getting licensed to John Digweed’s Fabric 20 CD, and completing a remix for Felix Da Housecat to be released on Subliminal, Angel is spending most of his time in the studio working on his full length artist album under the name Magic Elephant Orchestra. The album includes a full range of musical styles from harder edged industrial rock to light melodic electronica. This year Angel is sure to unleash more new sounds that will surprise and delight his fans. He has become one of the pioneering artists in today’s dance scene, having helped carry techno and house music into the new millennium as he continues to push the boundaries of dance music into the future.

THE LOW END SPECIALISTS
Throughout their success in the DJ booth and in the studio, The Low End Specialists have shown no signs of letting up. After enjoying the commercial success of their Janet Jackson remix reaching number 1 on Billboard's Hot Dance/Club Play, they have continued their roll with new remixes of Juliet’s “Avalon” and her second single “Ride the Pain”, both due for release on Virgin Records. There is high anticipation for the summer release of their new single Power Station on one of the UK’s hottest labels at the moment, Toolroom Records. Power Station has received huge support from John Digweed & Hernan Cattaneo thus far and was used on Bedrock's OS3 compilation. They are also currently working on remixes for EMI & Atlantic artists, while working on original material to debut at the 2005 Winter Music Conference. Throughout their busy studio schedule, they have continued to maintain a rigorous tour diary, one that sees them continuing the grind throughout various North and South American cities & Europe. Now at the start of 2005, The Low End Specialists plan to continue their ascent towards the top of house music’s elite, producing quality music in the studio while entertaining clubbers and fans throughout the globe.
