'tiesto' and 'good' is like using 'gay' and 'sex' together.

I wouldnt go as far as to say that But in my humple opinion I think Tiesto receives waaaaaay more credit and praise than he deserves.

If you've seen tiesto live, you know why he's know world-wide as the greatest DJ alive. If you haven't, you stand on the sidelines chugging down the haterade.
He does what all djs try to do better than anyone else. He can rock the house.
Granted I don't think his show was the best show I've ever been to, that title belongs to Bad Boy Bill.
I've seen him live at the guvernment. Luke Fair opened up for him and was far better.
People only go crazy because they associate the name 'Tiesto' and go ape****. The same happened with Sasha and Digweed (though they simmered down and have become far more respectable)
I hate trance but even I have more respect for AVB who consistently **** talks that dutch flame-boat.

I might listen to avb as soon as he stops taking a dump on a vinyl and selling it for $7.99. I still haven't forgiven him him for Dust.wav. It was only by the grace of god that he managed to make a song like "The Sound Of Goodbye" and "Communication". The man can't produce a decent song, yet he keeps trying.
I dun know, Sunburn was badass when it came out.
7.99/vinyl. Is a domestic label or off a label in UK. If it's not domestic, be happy because 11.99 is the going price for vinyl's these days.

I'm still just kind of pissed at AVB, I've bought two of his records and regretted both purchases, and I've never regretted purchasing a tiesto record.
And that price comes from the price of domestic labels (Ultra[US], Robbins, and Island, Tommy Boy, etc.) sometimes they're 5.99 sometimes 10.99 or so, but generally it's 8 bucks.
You might live in a city where cost of living is higher, down here in Charlotte NC, that's the going price for a record.
holy **** thats some cheap vynil!!!Originally posted by Kojak

i live in canada, and the vynil is 16.99 canadian. Right now tahts about 14 bucks american (depending on the exchange).
I'd like to know how many long timers in the whole industry/rave scene/party scene/dj scene view Tiesto as their al mighty god.
Tiesto seems to be something newcomers flame about, are in love with and wouldn't change for anything in the world. I think that wears off. It's euphoric and yes its fun. But it wears off.
We can all agree that the U2 made/makes pretty decent music, its fun, it has good melodies, but how many of us still listen to the beetles on a regular basis?
I've been to tiesto once, and I'm planning on going to see him January 8.
I've seen Bad Boy Bill, Kaskade, Richie Hawtin, Max Graham, all put better shows than he has. Still, none of them has rocked out a 25,000 people party.
