Minimal/Techno Ableton live

hi

Ive been attempting to make music for a while now and i have a huge passion for music.My problem is i dont exactly know how to make minimal/techno music. I listen to it alot but i just cant think of how to make it on Ableton. When i sit down to make a minimal/techno track , i just cant think were to start.

I would be grateful if someone could help me with the production of minimal/techno. The more help i get the better. Any bit of information/help , will be great.
Also any names of vsts or sample packs which could be useful.

I have only seen about 4 videos on YouTube which helped a little but not what i wanted. I have seen websites which show how to make minimal/techno but i have to pay in order to see the videos, which i dont want to do.

For decent samples check out vengeance, they do a minimal sample pack, all you ever need for minimal.
Start with the kick, and a bass note on each off beat, then add some funky hats and claps, cool noises and so on to add swing.
Minimal has repetitive basslines, its all about the percussion.

i had the same problem but i stucked at the bassline..... i want to make it like this Louie Cut - Guess Who's Back (Original Mix) or that: Patrik Soderbom - Mnml Groove (Original Mix) but google and youtube are too helpful:/ sry for my bad english
