Underrated Hip Hop Artists/Albums

Signor Benedick the Moor. Featured on a few clipping. tracks but never got a spotlight really elsewhere. I recommend listening to his album, El Negro.
 
I agree anyone with skill is underated or over looked these days its sad but im enjoyin the tracks good lookin out sir
