That's like a trick question - so much of the Tribe Called Quest Ummah stuff, Busta Rhymes, Pharcyde, Slum Village, Erykah Badu, Common, Janet Jackson, Jaylib, De La Soul...

Runnin by the Pharcyde may be my favorite - even if you don't like hip hop that guitar and hook is too catchy and takes you back to the golden era.

Favorite Dilla song would have to be "Wont Do".

De La Soul's Stake's is High. That song is in 12/4 with a dope swing feel following the sample, some of the best drum programming I ever heard in hip hop.
