Depends. I'm sure he made about $20k upfront for that Destiny Child track, but other than that, he hasn't done anything "BIG".
Most of the underground artists he's working with are probably getting good deals. This industry is based on convincing people you get more money than you really do, but you honestly think Little Brother, Ceasar Comanche, Bootcamp Click, Jean Grae, ect. have budgets to throw dude 10-20k a track?
You really think 9th's so rich he won't work for any less? Being a musician and landing something big is like being a construction worker and hitting it big at the Casino or Racetracks. You still gotta keep your dayjob, so if you were selling beats for $500 before that placement that put 20k in your pocket, you most likely will be selling for close to the same after it(until another big artist comes knocking).
I hate counting other people's money, but off major placements and the royalties, I'd bet 9th has maybe seen $200-250k his whole career. That's not to say that's all he's making, don't forget the FL endorsements(lol), underground productions, seminars he teaches, ect.
