i dont hear them really on the radio anymore but then again i havent been listening to it but it seems like most of the stuff on their are trap and slower type rap beats right now i remember back in 2014 and 2015 those dj mustard beats were all over the radio. i kinda feel like that dj mustard and trap sound kinda replaced hip hop and i thought they would both be around still but i'm not really hearing dj mustard stuff anymore back like when that iggy azaela song was on the radio a few years ago.

WHen he came out i used to jam on his beats big time, now not so much anymore
i get what youre saying but payola isn't an actual person it's the illegal act itself.
ie you can't send checks to payola, you could send a check FOR payola though.
