Common's view on interracial relationships

Thumbs up to Deranged....

Sounds like racial issues is a hot topic in the forum lately.....
I never got with a sister before .... I always felt like I was missing something.
But most of the women (all races) I met were too ... controlling or had too much attitude ....but could fuk a dude all night.... so I would just take would I could and keep it moving.
Kind of wish I would have seized the opportunity to get with a black chick.
I never took a white chick serious in my life.... I would just get that ass and roll. But that's cause I could not see anything outside of sex popping off because of cultural differences and I just watched to much porno and was all fuked up and desensitize. I've dated a my share of latinas and been stalked by 2. Oh man!!!! No asians or arabic chicks....but I don't think I would have a relationship with someone of their races neither. Just might be too different. Them green alien bytches from Mars... yeah I'd do them ...but nothing pass sex... you know ... I can't fuk with a long distance relationship.

All in all I think you should let love flow ... I'm going to the strip after work and get my T-pain on..... ( Ya'll Know I'm serious right, LMAO)

Man i actually like this discussion!!! Yeah i do a lot of generalizations but part of me feels that if my brother does wrong i shouldn't be judge for his actions but i still see it as we, not race but men and women. i am my brothers keeper. if one fails and we separate him from the us, then we are just as wrong. for example if my brother kills another man, then its an embarassment for not just my family but all families. and even if someone might feel like "yo i didnt do nothing wrong why they comin at me for" its just to reinforce right from wrong. Damn i sound like my parents. in america i think our freedom has blessed us and also cursed us with immaturity.
Real talk. lol.

With that said, with every success, we should all celebrate as well(ahhh, see I'm going somewhere?). So we should definetly look pass the people who put us in a negative light in an attempt to find more that put us in a positive.

I think that was Kanye's ex-fiance in the picture...a.k.a. RoboCop. I believe she is the subject of 808's & Heartbreak.

Sometimes to get back up to the level of respect and love, you’ve gotta stick with your own for a minute and build a certain amount of strength and community within yours so that other people can respect and honour your traditions.

thats probably true to a lot of people
a way of thinkin how to get back up when youre down, whether its racist, sexist, any-ist - all im sayin is its a way of thinking my 2 cents
