Tech House Bass

Hey,

I'm struggling with the bass of my tech house tracks. I'm want to create something like the bass in this drop: Skapes & South Royston - Sound Of Our Soul

I can kinda make it but it's always to soft. And when I add saturation and compression it gets louder but it's just not the same.

Does anyone have some tips for me on how to create a bassline like that? I work with ableton btw

If you are talking about. Sub bass it's kind of easy on massive. Take sine wave add down one octave add square one octave down. Add chorus. If needed add distortion on it. decay up, atack a lit bit more. If you are talking about high freq bass line. On massive you should take sine, add phase, compres done.
