How To Make Electronic Vocals???

Guys I need help on making vocals that have like the weird pitch to them in edm music. Kinda sounds like it could be made with a vocoder yet I am not sure. An example would be the drop in "How Deep is Your Love." Can someone just tell me what this technique is called?

Either mean glide or automation. Or transposing.

Yup, that's a vocoder. Might even be the Ableton vocoder, judging from the scratchy sound.

transposing is a great way to change the vocals. i use ableton and use a lot of transposing in my tracks.
