I've searched it, but cant find anything on it. I got melodies that would sound nice on a dancehall beat, but i get seem to figure the basic drum pattern. I want patterns used by Sean Paul and such. Thankz in advance.

    its really simple.
    the pattern is like this:
    XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    kicks are like:
    1xx2xxxx3xx4xxxx
    snare:
    xxxxxx1xxxxxxx2x
hats depends on u but thats a basic drum pattern for a dancehall track.
    and the tempo is from
    88-120
hope this helps let me know if u still have
    problems

    talking about patterns..

sure you have noticed, but a lot of newer dancehall riddim dont seem to be using snares (or anything sounding like typical snare) anymore, it seems to be replace with a HIGH HAT or similiar instruments...
