Sooooo DJ Paul plans on suing producers/rappers that use the "yea hoe" chant/sample

My question is can he really do this? Like for example if a producer uses the chant and the song happens to be a hit and generates revenue, does he deserve sample money?
 
only if the producer/artist used a sample

UNLESS DJ Paul has it as a registered trademark which opens up a whole different can of worms
 
I mentioned this before, but I have a friend who makes a lot of money suing people for little things like this. He creates a ton of those construction kits for big companies and just waits for the right moment
