question about broadcasts

one broadcast would be considered when under non exclusive a liscense in which it would be considered not less than one broadcast because any more than that is more than one so i think one broadcast would be right. glad i could help you sir
 
ty. but what i mean is what would be considered a brodcast. one radio spin or can the song get only plaind on one radio station? or can it be just on radio and not ever on tv.? is it a choice or how does that work??
