Pricing and selling your exclusive beats? Deciding prices...

Hey guys i'm a bit of crossroad here with making decision. But basically i'm wondering how you guy price and sell you're exclusive beats for sale?

I have sold a a couple leases in the past but I have someone inquiring about buying the exclusive rights to one of them. I'm wondering what's a good price range to be selling an exclusive beat for a producer my level selling beats on Soundclick?

Now i know you would sell you're better beats for more but i'm looking for a reasonable and fair pricing range. Pricing is very important in any business and you don't want to eliminate a potential customer demographic by over pricing, and you don't want undercut your own work by selling it dirt cheap. My worry is selling it cheaper exclusively than what i may have gotten in overall leasing transactions or a future potential sale.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is your time worth? How long did it take you to make? Multiply that by an hourly rate. Whats your overhead? Did you buy any equipment, software? Did you pay an engineer to mix, master? I don't sell leases, but since you do, how many times does a lease of yours sell? Add the product of that number to your figure.

are you looking for advice on floating price and set price point?????
I suggest having a set price point for some and have a floating prices for others..which the buyer(s) have to contact you personally through your soundclick page or email inbox and negotiate a deal which would include the aggreement to your terms
terms(your general exclusive aggreement contact)
I would also include
1. the right to hear the finished product
2.limit to how much the artist/client can sell their art featuring your music(example after "jay-z wanta-be" sells 10,000 units "I just-blaze wanta-be" will start to recieve royalities for any further unit sale at $.50 a unit or $75 a unit..doesn't seem like much but this is what major record labels pay ppl that's why producers sometimes charge outrageous prices like $25,000 to $100,000 upfront and don't worry much about the backend..that trickles in at a much later date
