As bandcoach stated, open a dispute for "services not rendered" with Paypal. Though I moonlight as a producer, I pay my bills being a banking fraud investigator and deal with Paypal on the daily. They will most likely be able to settle this for you. Do it ASAP as there is a limited timeframe after a transaction is completed to have the seller/merchant charged back.
