How to send your work/beats to an artist?

Say you made a beat that you think is perfect for a (major/signed) artist in particular. Is it possible to get it to them or to an A&R for it to be be heard?

Not really for me to say I guess. Started when I was 14/15 and I just turned 19. I would post some of my work from soundcloud for you to judge but I can't post links yet :/

Yeah it is. Follow the artists twitter, I know guys like nipsey hussle and meek mill constantly drop their email and ask for beats. Then they pick the best one.
