How much should I charge for beats?

So I'm pretty new at this beat-selling thing, but I was just wondering what is a good price to lease/exclusively sell beats just starting out? I know it depends on how hot the track is, quality, etc...

I currently lease 1 for $14.99 and 2 for $24.99 and sell exclusives for $70

I just don't want to sell myself short or overcharge, any feedback would be greatly appreciated
 
This is something every producer struggles with. You want to make money, but you don't want to sell your beats short.

Find out what YOU want to sell your songs for. Personally, if I sold one online, I'd charge my normal rate, but if I met someone locally in person, I'd probably give them a better deal, because I prefer personal interactions anyway.

It's all up to you. There's no other answer
