BMI question!

This question goes out to the experienced TV music producer.. I recently signed up with BMI and I submitted some songs for major TV network shows. I was wondering if you guys had any knowledge on what happens if they pick my song. Like whats the next step if I find out that its selected? Thanks in advance!
