Recorded 10 songs. Stems all ready to roll. Looking for somebody to do work. The files are vocals over a premixed beat. Please show me your previous work and prices before discusing working together. Looking to have you do some echo adlibs here and there too. Looking forward to hearing back from you guys.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong but I thought he did insinuate that it's a paid gig.

To me it reads client wants to hear a couple samples of your work. He's provided some basic info as to what he has to work with and what he wants done. Provide samples or links to a few of your projects and contact him, by PM I would imagine, to discuss budget and payment. This is all assumption on my part, I even assumed he is actually a he, could be a she...lol But seriously though gentlemen, I think it's paid if he's satisfied with what you can do.
