Is working in the music business fun?

I'm just really thinking deep about the job of a music industry executive, and I'm just beginning to wonder, is there any fun in it? If so, where is the fun in sitting in an office? Planning tours, spending time on the phone, meetings, etc. Not visualizing the excitement I used to.

Of course theres fun in it, but its a very stressful job.Some can handle it, some cant. It can be the best or worst decision you've ever made. R.I.P. Chris Lightly.
