What up everybody.
This is our first time posting on here so we would like to present ourselves.
We're a Record Studio based in New York City. And we do however have artists.

What are YOUR opinions on keeping an artists vocal sounding good?

this is the business section not trying to be a jerk
but the recording, mixing, and mastering section is where you want to be just read some of the stickies there
and if you're a recording studio you should already know how to record and mix vocals

1.enviroment
2.24 bit a/d converters
3.d/a converters
4. flat response monitors
5. microphone matter too(looking into modified mics)
knowledge of reverb,compression,delays,stacking

its all about the producer. hope you know about mics, hope you know your mcs voice and their potential volumes. also adlibbin on the track fills up vocal emptiness. and if their voice isnt very strong or seems like its missin something, try to shadow it and pan out to both sides slightly. AND CHECK OUT MY BEATS PLEASE!!!! (its the link below, soundclick/johnnyzerobeats)
