Thoughts and Help for a young cat

Im a young cat out of Connecticut and Im just trying to think up a good strategy so I can hit the ground running in the game. First off Im thinking since Im only 15 it might be smart if instead of doing the same as the rest of the Artists in my city and just clogging the internet with mixtapes, it might be smarter to build up my craft more and just try to gain funds for studio time. I don't plan on releasing a project until like Im about to graduate so if needed I have the tour Opportunity, If you got any words of advice or constructive criticiscm just post back and thanks.

You may be young, but you're smart.

WORK on your craft (like you said.) ... There's nothing better than having a good product. Learn the business and learn marketing.

If you want to start building a fanbase, figure out your ideal fans, and build a website now.

Also, if you'd like to have a look at four blog posts on marketing, you can check out my blog Internal Affairs.

Cheers,
Jordan
