Sending beats while in the process of registering

Hi guys heres the thing i would like to get the most out of sending a buch of beats to the copyright office that way ill save money and who does not like that? Lol
But i also feel that i am missing opportunities by waiting till i have a pile of beats to register them and i have gotten emails from latin urban artists asking for beats. Now here is my question..
Do i have a timeline in which i can copyright my music after sending a beat or for instance submit it at a licensing library?
 
As far as I know, yes.
You don't have to copyright your music at all, it's up to you if you want to be protected from theft.
Unless the library requires your tracks to be copyrighted, you can do it at any time.
I'm not a lawyer or have any legal experience, but I'm pretty sure about that and I got music in libraries myself
