I'm not wanting to sell a lease or anything, just put my music on bandcamp for purchased download. I make phonk music with Memphis rap samples sort of like these artists:

While looking at them on bandcamp they set up they're songs with "some rights reserved" on a 'creative commons license', even though there is obviously samples of old songs used, also Memphis vocal samples: They are so lowkey, I don't think they would be spending the money to get their samples cleared.. Am I missing something or are they just taking the risk of selling someone else's copyrighted product? So much grey area - any information would help! I just want to sell my music for the time I put into it and for the work - and if I use vocal samples, am I just S.O.L? Thanks for the input!
