piracy/copyright bills currently in congress

hey guys, i am curious as to what bills are current circulating through congress that affect the music industry, and most importantly, US as producers/artists.

Which bills are the most controversial? we all know about sopa/pipa, but I am looking for a bill that is extremely polarizing/debatable. Thanks
