I can't knock what he's doing because some people need to be pushed.
In all walks of life you will find motivators.
In the Army they call them Drill Sergeants, they make you crank out more push ups than you could on your own.
At work they call them mentors, they make you finish courses you thought you didn't have the know how to finish.
In the streets they call the preachers, they get people through hard times.
In the beat game... they seem to make people break out of their shell and try a little harder.
They all use the same tactics and most take the same motivational words and spin them so people can't figure out where they got them from....
I motivate my family... I tell my kids stuff like "You can choose your actions but you can't choose your consequences..." stuff like that is meant to motivate them not to do dumb pranks and stuff.
