Need promotional tips

Does anyone have some tips for promoting your music? I've worked with a few local artists and "twitter rappers" but sometimes people just stop communication as soon as money is brought up, and some people don't take me or my music seriously just because I'm 15. How have some other producers my age or slightly older been able to work with big artists or achieve fame in this industry?

There are tons of online methods you can use to sell beats. I suggest learning more on the subject, search using keywords like selling beats online, buying beats online, etc. Find out how other producers sell their beats and use the same strategies. Most importantly, make your beats available for purchase, give people good enough reasons to buy your beats and focus on making your beats better than they were the day before.
