Even though it argues that the current parlous state of copyright law and the legal responses to it is a result of big government,
I cannot see any government backed by businesses that have an interest in maintaining the current copyright regime successfully overturning the act into a new, streamlined act.
IMHO, copyright will remain firmly as it is as the incentives to change are minimal and the incentives for it to remain as is are monumental
