Quick question.

I am going to stream my own online radio with artists who are not mainstream.

What is it exactly do I need? A waiver form? Do I need have everyone from the artists to the beat maker signing the waiver? What advice can you give me? Thanks, highly appreciated

Well, if you don't want to pay any royalty/usage fees for Internet or radio broadcast, you need to have individual license agreements with every copyright holder for each song that you intend to play. Which is why organizations like BMI, ASCAP, and Sound-Exchange exist. But if your playlist will be very small (with no intention of ever expanding), and you want to do an individual license with each act/copyright owner for each song, that would be the way around it.
