Leasing a beat????

I was curious on these other producers who sell leases for $20 -50 have an agreement that only a "certain" like 100 - 5000 number of sales of the beat leased can be sold.

I was wondering how would they ever know how many sales they make on buying leases????

there are ways of tracking - most rely on cooperation for the buyers publishing reps or the buyer - you can also subpoena sales records if you think that you have been duped - but at $20 a lease it is hardly worth the effort and money to do so
