Kicked hard by Paypal in the balls. Impossible to sell beats without Paypal?

Please help. Receiving Payment through Paypal isn't available in my country. fuckin shithole man.
How do I deal with it? is there another way?
Or do I make an offshore bank account outside of my country?
Is it hard? or is it doable?
Can i make a bank account in other countries through internet?

There's other payment gateways, stripe, 2checkout, worldpay. Stripe will probably be the next best solution.

I agree with Ether Two, Stripe is pretty good. Don't know why PayPal isn't avaiable in your country, may I know where you from? You can private message me if you don't want to say it in the forum.
