Internet Radio Royalties?

How much do websites like spotify, pandora etc. pay per spin? I hear someplaces 6 cents a spin, others a fraction of a penny?I'd hope at least a couple of cents
 
I've read cases where very popular artists got millions of plays... And received around $110. Then again, I have music listed with a service that plays my songs on European in-store and internet radio, and it does pay at least a few cents per spin. Earned a couple of bucks, not much.
