I really want to put my music out for people to enjoy

...totally free. BUT I do not want to half ass my album's presentation because I'm giving it away for free. So my only question in how do I attach album art to my instrumentals and have the art display when playing in Windows Media Player or ITunes?

I've got music that I feel that can match ANY emotion. If I can make somebodies day better by providing music that can help them escape for even just a moment, I'll like feel my purpose musically has been fulfilled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
