How to safely Collab with a rapper I never met over the internet?

I'm copyrighting the instrumental beforehand, I'm going to do a split sheet and send it to my PRO.......

but in the back and forth of file exchange I feel like he could just take the song and run and try to sell it etc. I know because I have the beat copyrighted I could sue for that but still it just seems really risky....

anybody that can help I would greatly appreciate!
 
Make a simple contract covering master right, publishing rights, release dates and make sure you have tge power to stop a release
