i mostly write the name from the people or company at the beginning, that i have beats for them

then include my websites:twitter,facebook,reverbnation
&email & phone

then I name the mp3 file with the song name, include the bpm tempo, phone & email again

and at least i remember that the track is copywrighted

and as subject line I write beat submission or demo

is this enough or how do you create your demo when you send them out ???

Make sure you don't approach these artists and A&R's without having a fanbase. Nobody's looking to make nobodies famous anymore, you need to earn your stripes and have some leverage with these people. Otherwise you'll be sending out emails that get no responses. No matter how good you are.

well your job is to understand what your employer [record labels (indie and majors) want from you]

and even as a indie artist and/or producer you should be invest tons of time into your reputatuion and relationship

the best business decision you can make is to take steps improve credibility
and

building relationships that build success

you have to understand you're running a business
even as an artist you're signed to yourself

my advice for you is to invest in reading more business books and sign up for business mailing list and watch more business videos on youtube
and apply that knowledge to your music business skill-set

i have read alot of music business books over the years, i think i have enough knowledge in this topic

i have spoken to a lot of A&R in the last years but mostly they abort the conversation, i dont know if my music to bad, my slang or my websites are to bad
