how do you guys promote your music?

Im a new pop singer songwriter, i have been writing songs for 2years
but i just have some finished project done recently.
 
There are a number of ways, for one get a soundcloud or a youtube, these are the number one places people go to check out music. So its better be where the people are. Also one thing I do is I send my beats into blogs, sometimes you have to pay to get on there but most are free. Blogs are good because they tend to get alot of traffic and the people that are on the blogs are always looking for new music. Seeing how you're a songwriter I would consider reaching out to some up and coming singers and offer a few free songs to them and see if they like it. Make sure you get everything in writing that way if your song blows up you get royalties and credits. If you need any clarification feel free to message me. Good luck!
