sounds dubious if you are giving up rights to be signed - that is old school label tactics and smacks of a disingenuous approach to the whole licensing/rights scenario

I am even more convinced that the deal is not good for you or any other music creator: giving away your royalty streams for no increase in initial fees is always bad business for you and good business for the other party.

Do not sign that deal. I pulled my music out of Pump Audio/Getty Images once they said no performance royalties. The deal makes no sense for me.
