Forming a Company Help | Record Label Vs. Live Performance Business

Hello,

i’m an independent artist and need to form a company ..

do i need to form a separate company for the live performance/touring side ?
and a separate company for my record label ? ..

or do i merge the 2, and its just one record label, and operate the live performance
business as/under the record label ?

like .. should they be separate or one ?
