Do I need a promoter license to make weekley events?

Hey pep!! I would like to make some parties once or twice a week on different clubs around Miami & Ft. Lauderdale area. Bring my DJ's, make my own promotions, etc.

Do I need to get a license to do this?
If so, how can I get it, how much would I have to pay, etc..

I would call your local government up and ask if you need a license.

Being completely honest with you for a moment though, if you're asking this question you're most likely not prepared to run events anytime soon.

My two cents.
