Create a promotion channel for EDM

Hi guys, i hope you are having a wonderful day,

Lately i was being curious about the music promotion channels (Like : MrSuicideSheep, NightblueMusic, Diversity...). How do they work ? Where do they find those tracks and how do they operate with the copyright issues.

You realize those guys just use playlists from sound cloud to do most of that right?
That's literally what those places are. [Some also use the tube]
 
But how do they deal with the copyright policy, i don't think everything in soundcloud is royaltyfree, or is it ?
