Hi guys,
I've been wondering these past few days about chasing leads and stuff due to two big opportunities that have come my way and have fizzled out.
I'm not talking about people buying one beat or anything like that, I've had two people approach me, one about mixing down their album, and another who wanted an EP producing from scratch.
All was good, we swapped demos to show our work and our plans and so on, all seemed good but in the end the correspondence stopped. No real sign as to why or anything, but after a couple of "hi, is there any word?" emails I've left it there.
Now, the work was good, I would have enjoyed it and was looking forward to the EP, it was a nice project and it would have been great, but I also don't want to be the guy who hounds people and looks desperate...
What is your protocol in this situation?
